Extended Stay America Suites - Columbia - Columbia Parkway

It was as clean and close to The Howard Fairgrounds. I had a problem with my room key when I came back to the hotel. Brian the Desk Clerk was out standing. After he reactivated the key it still did not work. He came to the room with his master key , and when that did not work he went got the reader, it wasn’t the card, but the door entry it self. He replaced the batteries and no more problem. I had mentioned I forgot to get a glass well at the desk. He went and got it for me and brought it to my room. I have been an HR Director in hospitality for many years, and employees like him you want to keep.

The customer service staff at Extended Stay America is very professional, helpful and courteous!!! Patience in answering all my questions, They treat their patrons very good! The on-the-go breakfast was good. Thank You! And the Location is convenient, quiet and nice also!!

Close to eateries. Some in walking distance. Area seemed/felt safe. Not only did the property have parking, but it was accessible from all for sides of the building.

THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME BEING IN AN HOTEL LIKE THIS. I LOVE THE KITCHENETTE IN THE ROOM . WE HAVE ALREADY TOLD OUR FRIENDS ABOUT THEM. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP.

Room was clean and fresh. Could update somethings. Quiet . Staff was very friendly and helpful. Needs more handicap parking . I would use again because of it's location.
