It was as clean and close to The Howard Fairgrounds. I had a problem with my room key when I came back to the hotel. Brian the Desk Clerk was out standing. After he reactivated the key it still did not work. He came to the room with his master key , and when that did not work he went got the reader, it wasn’t the card, but the door entry it self. He replaced the batteries and no more problem. I had mentioned I forgot to get a glass well at the desk. He went and got it for me and brought it to my room. I have been an HR Director in hospitality for many years, and employees like him you want to keep.

The customer service staff at Extended Stay America is very professional, helpful and courteous!!! Patience in answering all my questions, They treat their patrons very good! The on-the-go breakfast was good. Thank You! And the Location is convenient, quiet and nice also!!

The staff, the room, the breakfast bar very accommodating. Left another due to poor facility. This hotel went above and beyond to make sure my families stay was comfortable. Hats off to the Gals at front desk and housekeeping friendly, compassionate and very helpful.
